Since our last update raw material prices have steadily increased and are around 15% higher than they were back in October 2020.
Availability of dehydrated Pineapple over the past couple of years has been low due to poor crops in 2018 and 2019, resulting in higher prices than we have seen for some time.
For the majority of 2020 Cashew prices were fairly stable, apart from a large price decrease in the Spring and a slight softening in the market at the end of Summer.
