The sunflower kernel market has been stable recently after consistent price rises from July 2021 through to November 2021.

On Wednesday 7th April 2021 the Russian government approved a formula-based export tax system for sunflower oil and a higher export tax for sunflower seeds.

In general, the birdfeed market has seen continued price increases across a variety of products.

Since our last update raw material prices have steadily increased and are around 15% higher than they were back in October 2020.
